Job description

  • Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

Our client offers integrated logistics solutions, specializing in warehousing, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and value-added services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Customer Coordination: Serve as the main liaison for customer inquiries, order processing, and general service requests.
  • Logistics Arrangements: Coordinate shipment bookings with freight forwarders, container trucking schedules, courier, and local deliveries.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock movement, assist with reconciliation, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Documentation & Billing: Ensure timely job billing, accurate data entry, and submission of records to Finance.
  • Reporting & Admin: Support the preparation of warehouse performance reports and maintain audit-ready filing systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address and resolve complaints or claims with professionalism and follow-up.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Assist with tasks or projects as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in 3PL warehousing or logistics operations, with knowledge of import/export processes
  • Familiarity with shipping documents, including Form D and COO (advantageous)
  • Comfortable working across different warehouse and logistics systems
