Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries (via website, email, WhatsApp, etc).
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations by computing project costs using in-house pricing tools and template.
  • Plan and schedule deliveries in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Communicate with customers, production, and design teams to ensure smooth and timely completion of print jobs.
  • Assist with resource planning and project prioritisation across different department.
  • Support other departments with ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working with numbers, especially in calculating costs and quotations.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable handling sales, customer service, and administrative work.
  • Demonstrates strong independence and accountability in managing assigned tasks.
  • Able to maintain a patient and level-headed approach in day-to-day interactions and when handling difficult situations
  • Shows a strong willingness to learn new skills, processes, and software to improve efficiency over time.
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin (to communicate with customers and suppliers)

Other Information:

  • Location: Bukit Batok, Singapore
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 6PM
  • Candidate must already be residing in Singapore during the employment period.
