Job description

    You are responsible for establishing Essity as the preferred logistics partner and developing enduring relationships with Customer Logistics/Customer Facing Managers in Regions and Essity's Commercial, Business Development, and E-Commerce Teams. Your main responsibilities include leading the development of an advanced Go-to-Market strategy within Customer Logistics, aligning Value Added Services with Customer Business Plans, and CG Business Logistics Strategy. You will serve as the Key Logistics Contact for Strategic customers, setting and monitoring Customer Logistics KPIs, defining and implementing projects, and Value-Added Services for enhanced collaboration and service excellence.You will ensure adequate knowledge of retail logistics in the organization and develop capabilities for Digital & E-commerce in Logistics. Monitoring competitive, industry, and market trends to optimize Essity's operational framework for Digital & E-commerce in Logistics is also a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will develop and follow-up Logistics Sustainability Initiatives for CG in close cooperation with Global Supply Chain, Sustainability, and Sales & Marketing Organization.Your responsibilities will also include setting up and following up on CG Service Level Targets, providing effective Root cause analysis, and initiating corrective actions in alignment with Regional Customer Logistics Managers. Furthermore, you will follow-up on Distribution costs and initiate actions on efficient cost to serve models in close cooperation with Global Supply Chain.This position typically reports to the Service Management Excellence Director.
