Job Description

As Customer Intelligence Analyst (CIA), you will own the Order-Ship-Bill (OSB) process from end-to-end, ensuring customer's orders are delivered according to their needs and requirements. You will be the first point of contact for customer order and billing inquiries, and a problem solver who continuously improves processes to enable touchless operations across our APAC supply chain network, enhancing overall business results.

This role requires supporting our Korea Market operations and managing orders and documents in Korean.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily operations for the Order-Ship-Bill process
  2. Communicate with customers regarding requests and inquiries about their orders
  3. Collaborate with back-end operations and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
  4. Handle order-related incidents including non-quality issues, rejections, returns, and shortages
  5. Continuously improve existing processes and operations, contributing to organizational value creation
Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Proficiency in business Korean (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Experience in data reporting and analysis
  • Experience in FMCG, logistics, order management, or related fields is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working across teams and geographies
  • Customer-oriented mindset
