Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Integration Engineer within the Customer Engineering Technical Leadership function. The role focuses on technical engagement across product development, system architecture, and test, enabling the integration of advanced HBM products into customer systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform yield improvement activities, and contribute to AI adoption and regular development initiatives as part of day-to-day

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, materials science or related field.
• Hands-on experience in product development, systems build, front-end/back-end process, PFA, qualification or test.
• Ability to collaborate with Customer Integration Lead and Technical Leader during discussions with customers.

Responsibilities

• Apply deep technical knowledge across domains such as product engineering, system engineering, build, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Support integration of customer requirements into internal design and manufacturing processes.
• Participate in technical reviews, debug sessions, and failure analysis activities.
• Work closely with internal teams across build, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve technical challenges.
• Assist in yield improvement and qualification efforts tied to customer programs.

Education

This role is part of the Customer Engineering Technical Leadership function within HIG PSE. The Customer Integration Engineer will focus on technical engagement across product development, system architecture, develop, front-end and back-end process, Package Failure Analysis, Qualification, and Test. The successful candidate will have expertise in one of these subject areas and a strong appetite to learn others on the job. This position emphasizes hands‑on technical problem‑solving, working with multi‑functional groups, and enabling successful integration of advanced HBM products into customer systems. AI adoptation and regular development and use is a must.

Leveraging Artificial Intelligence is part of day to day operations

• Hands‑on experience in one or more areas: product development, systems build, developing, front‑end/back‑end process, PFA, qualification, or test.
• Collaborate with Customer Integration Lead and Technical Leader during technical discussions with customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Provide clear technical updates and documentation for internal and external collaborators.
• Develop expertise beyond your primary subject area by engaging in cross‑training and on‑the‑job learning.
• Stay informed on HBM architecture, packaging technologies, and industry standard processes.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, quickly adapts to new technical domains, and communicates effectively while collaborating across teams.
