Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B product implementation, business development, or product management.
  • Strong understanding of user journey design; prior hands-on experience is a plus.
  • Solid business acumen with excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive, driven, and adaptable under the fast pace and uncertainty of a startup environment.
  • Fluent in English and capable of collaborating effectively with international development teams.
  • Knowledge of carbon asset management, including inventory, verification, reduction, carbon credits, green energy, and carbon neutrality is a bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce carbon management and sustainability products to potential customers, driving collaboration and deal partnerships.
  • Gain deep insight into customers' industries, pain points, and needs—then translate those into actionable solutions and recommendations.
  • Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams, balancing feasibility and value.

Here is what you are expecting to be doing:

  • Customer Growth & Engagement: Introduce our carbon management and sustainability products to potential customers, driving collaboration and deal partnerships. Proactively reach out to key decision-makers and clearly communicate the product’s value and relevance.
  • Customer Insight & Solution Design: Gain deep insight into customers' industries, pain points, and needs—then translate those into actionable solutions and recommendations. Support the Business Development team by refining pitch decks, demo flows, and the overall customer experience.
  • Product & Market Integration: Act as a communication bridge between customers and internal teams, balancing feasibility and value. Work closely with product and engineering teams to design user journeys based on market insights, including proposing product enhancements and strategic recommendations.
  • Brand & Marketing Strategy: Think critically about product value—how it's understood, adopted, and championed in the market. Support marketing initiatives such as offline events, product education content, and customer-facing materials.
  • Other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Skills that will help you in this role:

  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B product implementation, business development, or product management. Experience managing full customer lifecycles is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of user journey design; prior hands-on experience is a plus.
