STEP UP GLOBAL CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service-oriented associate to greet shoppers, answer product questions, and assist with purchases. You will operate the POS system to process payments, restock shelves, and unpack deliveries, while maintaining clean, attractive displays.

Responsibilities include handling transactions efficiently, ensuring product availability, and creating engaging product presentations to promote sales. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Friendly, approachable demeanor to build rapport with customers.
• Able to perform basic math for transactions and change handling.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and team members.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilités
