• Daily cash, credit and flexi-plan collections.
• Be updated on corporate partners’ rewards and redemption programme.
• Handle general customers and flexi-plan accounts enquiries.
• Promote add-on services - Instant Replacement / Extended Warranty etc.
• Any other duties assigned by your superior.
