The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, support shipment coordination, and ensure compliance with freight documentation. 5+ years in freight forwarding or logistics required

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Focus Executive (Freight) to join our logistics operations team.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for freight customers, handling bookings, shipment tracking, documentation, billing, and issue resolution. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth cargo movement and exceptional service delivery.
Customer Engagement & Support
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding freight bookings, tracking, and general inquiries
Build strong relationships with clients by providing timely updates and proactive communication
Shipment Coordination
Work with operations teams, vendors, and carriers to ensure on-time pickup, transit, and delivery
Monitor shipments and provide real-time status updates
Complaint Management
Handle customer concerns professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolution
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and manage documents such as MAWB, HAWB, DG Declarations, and bills of lading
Ensure all shipping documents comply with customs and regulatory requirements
Billing & Invoicing
Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies or adjustments
Sales Support
Assist the sales team with client follow-ups, rate quotations, and post-booking coordination
Recordkeeping & Reporting
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records for operational and audit purposes
Process Improvements
Suggest and support continuous improvement efforts across customer experience and operations
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (airfreight preferred)
Proficient in freight documentation and customs processes
Experience with billing and invoicing systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Rotating shifts (weekly):
• 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
️ Shift allowance provided for PM shift
Rotating weekend duties (Sat & Sun): Assigned on a rotating basis among team members, approximately once a month.
• Work from home
