Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, hospitality, concierge or customer services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Background or strong interest in music, arts, or education.
• Professional, polished demeanor with VIP engagement.
• Experience with CRM or office software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth front-end operations while assisting the customer services manager.
• Provide warm, responsive service from initial inquiry to daily support and long-term relationship management.
• Support members and patrons to enhance the institution's reputation.
