A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service representative to handle phone enquiries, booking registrations, and general admin tasks on a rotating shift schedule. Candidates should have a secondary qualification and 1-2 years of relevant experience. The role emphasizes strong communication and interpersonal skills within a customer-oriented environment.

• 5 days (Weekly rotating shift across Mon-Sunday including PH)

Responsibilities:
Answering of phone enquiries
Perform registration and booking for customers/members
General ad-hoc admin duties that may be assigned from time to time
Daily operations of customer service business
Answering enquiries on the facilities and functions
Job Requirements:
Secondary qualification
1 - 2 years of experience
Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Customer service oriented
