Job summary

Kenshop Pte Ltd is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate in Singapore. You will engage walk-in customers, demonstrate products, and process sales using the ePOS system. You will replenish stock, support promotions, and assist at exhibitions or roadshows as required.

We welcome fresh graduates and provide training. The role requires a friendly, punctual, customer-focused approach and the ability to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable with a strong customer service mindset.
• Punctual and able to work independently.
• Willing to learn and develop good product knowledge.
• Comfortable with hands-on product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
• Able to handle cashiering, stock replenishment and general retail duties.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays based on roster.
• Willing to be deployed to exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up events or other company operating locations when required.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Interest in model trains, buses, collectibles or Singapore-themed products is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Explain and demonstrate product features, basic setup and functionality.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the ePOS system.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate product information.
• Handle exchanges and after-sales matters in accordance with company guidelines.
• Replenish stock and maintain neat, organised and attractive product displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and highlight fast-moving or low-stock items.
• Assist with receiving, checking, unpacking and organising incoming stock.
• Assist with periodic stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly presented at all times.
• Support in-store promotions, campaigns and new product launches.
• Support exhibitions, roadshows, pop-up events and other company activities at different locations when required.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to retail and business operations as assigned by the Manager.
