Job summary

CANWORKONE.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly front-desk customer service role for our music education centres islandwide in Singapore. You will greet students and parents, handle enquiries, registrations, scheduling and payments, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a service mindset, and the ability to work on weekends across multiple centres. Training, mentorship, and opportunities for career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, education, enrichment, or sales environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable interacting with children, parents, and students.
• Service-oriented with good sales and customer engagement skills.
• Able to work on weekends.
• Willing to work at different centres across Singapore when required.

Responsibilities
