As a CX Developer, you will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing business processes that enhance customer interactions with products or services. Your goal will be to improve the user journey and ensure a seamless experience across platforms, supporting customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Gather and understand business requirements.
  2. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs.
  3. Ensure accountability for solutions.
  4. Develop customer requirements documents.
  5. Create functional and technical design documents.
  6. Develop test plans based on design documents.
  7. Develop implementation plans for design documents.
  8. Develop, test, deploy, and optimize CX solutions, including RPA, Omni-Channel Contact Center, using automation and AI-driven tools.
  9. Work on projects, sprints, and change requests based on stakeholder requirements.
  10. Create build documentation and standard operating procedures for handover to operations.
Requirements
  • Familiar with different project methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
  • Knowledge of software development processes.
  • Experience with CX products such as RPA, Contact Center solutions, Session Border Controllers.
  • Fast learner with products.
  • Ability to understand and integrate with APIs.
  • Familiar with JSON, REST, Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to VUCA environments.
  • Understanding of source code management.
  • Good communication skills to gather information and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours.
