Position: CX Developer

The candidate will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing business processes that enhance customer interaction with a company’s products or services.

They focus on improving the user journey and ensuring a seamless experience across different platforms to support customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and understand business requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze business requirements.
  • Ensure accountability of solutions.
  • Develop customer requirements documents.
  • Create functional and technical design documents.
  • Develop test plans based on design documents.
  • Develop implementation plans for design documents.
  • Develop, test, deploy, and optimize CX solutions to improve customer integration, including RPA, Omni-Channel Contact Center, and integration using automation and AI-driven tools.
  • Work on projects, sprints, and change requests based on stakeholder requirements.
  • Create build documents and standard operating procedures for handover to the operations team.
Requirements
  • Familiar with different project methodologies – Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
  • Familiar with software development processes.
  • Knowledge of CX products such as RPA, Contact Center products, Session Border Controller.
  • Quick learner of products.
  • Ability to understand and integrate with APIs.
  • Familiar with JSON, REST, Java, JavaScript, ASP.NET.
  • Open-minded and adaptable to VUCA environments.
  • Understanding of source code management.
  • Good communication skills to gather information and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours.
