As a Customer Experience Barista, you’ll be the star of the show, crafting stellar drinks and serving up wow-worthy moments. Your mission? To not just make coffee, but to create coffee magic!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver extraordinary customer experiences that leave a lasting impression.

• Craft consistently high-quality food and beverages.

• Cultivate in-depth product knowledge and recommend new offerings to customers

• Ensure that equipment and services are always in top operational condition

• Skillfully manage POS systems, cashless devices, and delivery platform devices.

• Accurately tally sales at the end of each shift

• Maintain meticulous inventory records for food, pastries, milk, coffee & disposables

• Keep the store in a pristine and inviting condition at all times.

• Ensure smooth store opening and closing procedures.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of coffee/barista experience.

• Able to calibrate espresso and filter based coffees to specifications & standards

• Able to do intermediate level latte art to standards

• Preferably 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry.

• Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling.

• A positive work attitude and a team player, excelling in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri only, closed on every PH

10am - 5pm, 5 days work week, up to 37 hours/week
