Job Overview:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you are the friendly face of our company. Your role is crucial in ensuring every customer feels well cared for and that our front-end operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your main responsibilities include maintaining a professional image, delivering excellent customer service, and providing a seamless experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

Assist new customers with onboarding, promptly address inquiries, manage feedback, and maintain an organized environment for walk-in and appointment-based clients.

Requirements:

We seek a cheerful, customer-focused individual with excellent computer skills and fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Presentable appearance and a modest or discreet tattoo are acceptable. Additional valuable skills include experience with CRM systems, proficiency in Google Workspace, and prior experience in customer-facing roles such as banking, hospitality, or service industries.

Working Hours:

  • Both Full-time and Part-time positions available.
  • Full-time: rotating shifts from 10 am - 7:30 pm and 10:45 am - 8:15 pm, with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Saturday), Sundays off, plus one additional day off during the week.
