Join our dynamic team at Impressions Kids Club, where we bring joy and creativity to children and families!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Experience Administrator (Playground & Memberships) to create an exceptional customer journey and ensure smooth daily operations at our club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and engaging customer service, ensuring an enjoyable visit for all families

• Assist with crowd control and visitor safety during peak hours

• Manage customer inquiries, respond to emails, and update club records for memberships, classes, and camps

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the playground and its equipment

• Oversee inventory and storage for playground supplies, retail items, café, and party essentials

• Operate and upkeep playground equipment to ensure a safe play environment

• Support daily opening and closing procedures

• Assist with marketing efforts, including WhatsApp blasts to parents

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing birthday parties and club events

• Verify and tabulate monthly finance records, retail sales, and invoicing

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
