Job description

Main duties and responsibilities will be as follows:-

• Supervise a team of warehouse associates which include Prospect and contractors, ensuring that tasks are completed in an efficient, timely, and safe manner.

• Oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products.

• Ensure proper inventory control (in excel) accuracy, and timely movement of products within the warehouse.

• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety regulations and company policies are followed.

• Oversee the quality control of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment and product condition.

• Provide solution, corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.

• Generating monthly reports on warehouse performance (KPI) and billing.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Warehouse Management and/or Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics.

• Fast Learner with good supervisory skill

• Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment

• Service oriented and a team player

• Competent in MS Word and Excel
