Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Excellence to join our team. This role will focus on managing customer relationships and fronting 4PL operations, ensuring smooth logistics coordination, and providing robust support to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills, strong reporting capabilities, and the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth 4PL operations.
  • Coordinate and liaise with logistics teams to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Handle day-to-day communications and issue resolution with customers.
  • Maintain and track inventory levels and stock movements across multiple platforms for customers.
  • Generate and analyze regular reports related to inventory, logistics, and customer performance.
  • Proficiently use Excel to manage and report data; ability to create complex reports and dashboards.
  • Assist with order processing, including documentation, delivery tracking, and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer management and logistics.
  • Address and resolve any operational issues with customers promptly and professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 2 years of experience with client management in 3PL/4PL operations is preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage and build relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting and data management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude, with the ability to problem-solve and address challenges independently.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
