The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
In this role, you will be a part of the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Strategy and Operations team. You will support the Head of Strategy and Operations for Customer Engineering (CE) in driving the priorities of the CE organization, partnering with the Vice President (VP) and Directors of the CE organization, and guiding the organization with planning and execution. You will be the partner for the business in tracking performance, identifying operational inefficiencies, and using data to guide decision-making. You will help build dashboards and tools that will scale to the entire CE organization.
