Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified professional to act as the primary technical and business interface for customers, foundries, and partners.

The role focuses on building strong relationships and understanding complex technical and business needs across time zones. You will support new business engagements and product introductions from tape-out to mass production, coordinating meetings, technical summaries, and project schedules for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role within the semiconductor foundry industry.
• Experience in Yield Engineering, Process Integration, Technology Development, Module Engineering, or similar foundry function is an advantage.
• Strong technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and business interface for customers, foundries, and business partners, building strong relationships and understanding their technical and business requirements.
• Manage customer communications across emails, conference calls, messaging platforms, and site visits, including support across multiple time zones for critical issues.
• Support new business engagements and product introductions (NPI) from tape-out through mass production, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
• Coordinate meetings, project schedules, technical summaries, and meeting minutes for internal and management review.
• Drive technical issue resolution by engaging relevant stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and ensuring customer requirements are met.
