Qualifications

Our client is a leading Japanese MNC company that specialises in the supply of tools and equipment, and they are currently looking for a Customer Engineer (Japanese speaking).

【 Responsibilities 】
- Communicate with HQ in Japan
- Carry out machine installation
- Carry out preventive maintenance and implementation of machine improvements
- Handle machine-related issues and troubleshooting

【What you will receive】

- Fixed Bonus (Up to an equivalent of 1 month, in March)
- Variable Bonus (Depends on Business Performance)
- Annual Leave:
1st year - 14 Days,
2nd year - 15 Days,
3rd year - 16 Days,
4th year - 18 day
5th year - 21 days
*Up to a maximum of 21 days, and staff is able to bring forward a maximum of 14 days

- Company Cab Card (Full access to all comfort taxis)

【 Requirements & Preferences 】

(Must)
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or similar
- 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer within the Semiconductor/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering industry
- Inexperienced candidates with a strong interest in Service Engineer and Semiconductor are welcome!
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 and above) to liaise with English and Japanese-speaking stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of CAD Drawing and basic programming
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel around Singapore to the customer's site
- Willing to work on shift work (On a rotational basis)
