Job summary

Google Cloud seeks a Share Customer Engineer, AI Security, to help customers securely adopt AI-enabled cloud solutions and protect critical workloads across industries. You will advise on product security, partner with security leaders, deliver workshops, and prototype integrations, driving trusted adoption and production use of Google Cloud security offerings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer objections, and plan strategies to resolve technical blockers.
• Share security experience to support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work.
• Support customers with presentations and workshops as a cybersecurity subject matter expert.
• Prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies and architectures to successfully implement a complete Google Cloud solution.

• 6 years of experience in cyber security.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) product security.

• Experience in application security, software development life-cycle (SDLC) practices, or vulnerability management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with AI-powered security tools for automated vulnerability detection, exploit generation, and code fix remediation.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, including delivering product and solution briefings, partnering with security leaders and technical teams, and optimizing for production results.
• Familiarity with platforms for deploying and managing security agents or AI models for security applications, particularly in code analysis and remediation workflows.
• Understanding the impact of AI on both offensive and defensive security strategies, including how AI can be leveraged to exploit binaries and firmware as effectively as source code.

• Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers.
• Share security experience to support the technical relationship with customers, including product and solution briefings and proof-of-concept work, partnering with Product Management to prioritize solutions impacting customer engagement with Google Cloud.
• Support customers facing presentations and conduct workshops to share the experience and be a subject matter expert on Cybersecurity.
• Work directly with customers to demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution using best practices on Google Cloud.
