CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT OFFICER | LOCAL BANK (12 mths convertible ctt)

Description

1. Primary focus of handling customer’s queries such as Penalty Fees, Annual Fees or Banking needs and the ability to cross sell Unsecured Retail Banking Products via Inbound / Outbound Calls.

2. Required to perform the task in accordance with the bank’s standards to maintain premium service quality and perform sales cross sell to customers.

3. Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.

4. Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to service customers.

5. Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards to unsecured retail banking products.

6. To follow up on income documents and any other relevant documents required for application submission.

Requirements:

1. Good Communication Skills.

2. Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.

3. Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able to work in fast paced environment.
