What is your mission?
You’ll help us deliver excellent service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Providing customer service support Phone Calls & Emails to resolve queries.
Acting as the first point of contact for customers to deliver inquiry / troubleshooting support.
Escalating inquiries to Managers for further actions.
Gather client and partner feedback to enhance customer experience.
Who are we looking for?
Diploma or GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of experience in the Call Centre industry
Effectively bilingual and articulate with a strong command of spoken and written English
Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills
Possess good customer handling skills with a positive mindset
Team player who is able to adapt in a fast paced environment
Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
Comfortable working with computers and multiple systems.
Additional Information:
Commencement Date: 25 August 2025
Mondays to Fridays; Office Hours (8:30am to 6pm - Training / 8am to 5:30pm)
Basic salary + monthly incentives
Work Location: 5 minutes walk from Novena MRT
