Job description

Quotation Management

  • Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations accurately and timely.

Order Management

  • Load customer orders in SAP system.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Order Fulfilment

  • Ensure timely and accurate order loading and delivery execution for local customers.

Project/Contract Management

  • Manage specific projects or contracts, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.

Post-Sales Support

  • Provide after-sales assistance to customers, ensuring a smooth experience post-delivery.

Reporting

  • Prepare and provide sales-related reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to the Commercial Team.

Sales Forecasting

  • Support Business Units in preparing accurate sales forecasts.

Inventory Management

  • Coordinate with Logistics to manage stock levels, including consignment stock control.

General Support

  • Support customers and the Commercial Team in all sales-related matters and administrative tasks.

Job Specification

  • Education: Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales support, order management, or a related field.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in documentation and information management.
    • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities effectively.
    • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with SAP is a strong advantage.
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    • Good project management, organizational and planning skills.
    • Detail-oriented with effective time management abilities.
