Job description

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Customer Care Representative:

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily vehicle detailing operations, including delivery and retrieval of rental and replacement vehicles, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
  • Respond to vehicle breakdowns on a rotational basis and perform minor on-site repairs (e.g., tire replacement, battery jump-starts).
  • Execute ad-hoc vehicle detailing assignments as required.
  • Participate in on-the-job training for skill development.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Basic experience in vehicle maintenance, such as tire changes and jump-starting.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including 24/7 breakdown standby duty.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
  • Prior experience in the vehicle rental industry is an advantage.
  • Possession of a Singapore Class 4 or 5 driving license is an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Salary: Up to SGD 1,800 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months) + Allowance + Incentives + OT
  • Working Location: Outram Park
  • Working Hours: 5.5 Work Week, Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM to 12:30 PM
