Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-centric individual to join our call center team as a Customer Care Officer. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing top-notch service and assistance. If this sounds like YOU, connect with us TODAY!

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound / outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers with professionalism and empathy
  2. Assist customers in navigating respective website and online services
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  5. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
  6. Consistently meet set KPIs without compromising on quality service delivery

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  2. Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping people
  3. Basic computer proficiency
  4. Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Prior call centre experience would be an advantage.
