Job summary

BELLEZZA AESTHETICS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional service.

Basic salary ranges from $3,000 to $4,500 with a $200 monthly incentive and high uncapped commissions, atWheelock Place or Plaza Singapura with convenient MRT access. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and more; schedule and manage appointments; follow up on promotions; build relationships; and upsell treatments to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Telesales, Retail, Hospitality, or Beauty & Aesthetic industry is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and achieving sales targets.
• Good organisational and multitasking skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments.
• Follow up with customers on appointments, treatments, promotions, and enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through excellent service.
• Recommend suitable treatments, packages, and promotions based on customers' needs.
• Convert enquiries into appointments and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with our clinic/outlet teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team sales and customer service targets.
