• Saturday: Morning, Afternoon
• Sunday: Morning, Afternoon
• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience required
• Salary range: $2,200 - $3,500 per month

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role & Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact—answer calls, emails, texts, and in-person queries
• Follow up with parents and provide clear, helpful information
• Assist students with arrival, waiting, and dismissal procedures
• Follow up with query leads

Administrative Support

• Manage student enrollments, filing, and document preparation
• Prepare learning materials and support teachers during classes

Housekeeping & Safety

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all common areas during classes
• Disinfect high-touch surfaces regularly (tables, chairs, stationery, etc.)
• Assist younger students with bathroom needs if necessary

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels

Fluent in spoken English and basic spoken Mandarin, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Customer service experience (any customer-facing role is a plus!)

Friendly, proactive, organized—enjoy interacting with people and ensuring smooth operations
