Job description

Job Description:

• Responsible for allocated Model planning, liaising with customers regarding model shipments and order fulfillment.
• Plan and schedule production orders based on customer demands and available resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery of shipments according to customer requirements.
• Lead and coordinate with internal departments for EOL model management.
• Manage product inventory levels within desired ranges.
• Work closely with buyers on material delivery status to minimize material shortages impacting production.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience in planning and customer service in an MNC environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Leadership, management, and self-motivation skills.
• Willingness to perform overtime.
