Job summary

A training and development consultancy is seeking a candidate for programme development and management. Responsibilities include coordinating WSQ training programmes, sourcing trainers, and developing training materials. Ideal candidates will have ACTA/ACLP qualifications and a strong grasp of Singapore's workforce development landscape. This role supports the continuous enhancement of training resources.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s workforce development landscape and the WSQ framework.
• Familiarity with TP Gateway, funding schemes and training grant applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and administration of WSQ training programmes.
• Source and evaluate potential trainers and SMEs.
• Liaise with trainers and SMEs to facilitate programme delivery.
• Support the development and updating of training materials.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions.

Job description

Programme Development & Management

• Assist in the coordination and administration of WSQ training programmes

• Source and evaluate potential trainers and subject matter experts (SMEs) aligned with programme requirements

• Liaise with trainers and SMEs to facilitate programme delivery and development

• Support the development, review, and updating of training materials to ensure relevance and quality

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring all logistical requirements are met

Courseware Development Support

• Collaborate with SMEs and trainers in developing and enhancing training materials

• Format and standardise training materials according to academy guidelines

• Assist in creating assessment instruments that align with WSQ competency standards

• Support the continuous improvement of training resources and materials

• Ensure all training documents and materials adhere to WSQ frameworks and academy policies

Qualifications & Requirements

• Candidates with ACTA/ACLP qualifications will have an added advantage.

• Strong understanding of Singapore’s workforce development landscape and the WSQ framework.

• Familiarity with TP Gateway, funding schemes and training grant applications.
