Summary

Design, develop, and implement high-quality enrichment programs that meet the learning needs of children. You will also be expected to take on teaching duties and be IT savvy.

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing, researching, developing, and producing high-quality lesson materials aligned with the centre's teaching philosophy.
2. Utilize teaching materials effectively to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
3. Mark and grade students’ assignments, providing value-added feedback.
4. Create weekly lesson plans, including student worksheets and teacher resources.
5. Collaborate with teachers to implement curriculum.
6. Teach, coach, and support children, nurturing their enthusiasm for learning.
7. Assess student work, provide appropriate feedback, and track progress.
8. Work with parents to support children's learning journeys.
9. Establish strong communication with parents to build relationships.
10. Participate in curriculum development.
