Do you have a passion in enhancing the mass communication (masscomm) skills of our youth? Want to play a crucial role in this path? Speech Academy Asia is looking for a Curriculum Developer for our podcast and masscomm programme. As a public speaking academy, we aim to imbue the importance of effective communication in various ways - with a special level dedicated to masscomm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create syllabi, lesson plans, and other course materials in accordance with templates
• Identify and make updates to curriculum where needed
• If needed, advise trainers on how to teach the curriculum to students
• Research instructional materials and evaluate value for classroom use
• Communicate with department members concerning tasks via weekly Curriculum meeting
• Knowledge of educational requirements as they pertain to advancing in the property services industry
• Assist fellow curriculum developers with ensuring Speech Academy Asia’s programme as a whole is cohesive
• Performs other relevant functions as necessary or as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Fluent in the English language
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with course development in any capacity
• Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood, Mass Communications, or other relevant courses
• Bonus: course development experience

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office, Canva
• Bonus: experience filming and editing video using consumer and professional applications (e.g., iMovie, Final Cut Pro)

Working Days & Location:

• 5-day work week
• Location: Jurong East HQ
