We are seeking for our client, highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Developers to design, structure, and refine end-to-end learning content across a variety of corporate training programs. You will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and facilitators to develop outcome-based curriculum aligned with client needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and learner profiling based on client objectives and target audience
- Design learning frameworks and curriculum maps that align with adult learning principles and business performance metrics
- Develop high-quality, modular course content (digital, blended, and instructor-led formats) including learning objectives, assessments, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises
- Collaborate with consultants, facilitators, and SMEs to validate technical content and contextualize it for client industries
- Localize or adapt existing training materials to specific client sectors (e.g., finance, manufacturing, healthcare)
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training content through pilot programs, feedback, and metrics, and implement continuous improvement
- Keep abreast of emerging learning technologies and instructional design trends to ensure innovative delivery
- Support proposal development and client pitches with learning strategy insights and sample content structures when required
Requirements:
- WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) or Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP) is required .
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and curriculum development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, with 4–6 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, curriculum documentation and planning.
- Strong understanding of B2B learning and development, adult learning theories, and performance-based instructional design
- Proven experience creating content for leadership development, change management, customer service, or technical upskilling programs.
- Excellent writing, editing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
