Kid Castle is a leading educational brand with over 600 schools across Asia. We are launching our flagship centre in Singapore and are seeking passionate and experienced curriculum developers to shape our Chinese language program for learners aged 2 to 18.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop engaging Mandarin curriculum for preschool, primary, and secondary levels.
Align curriculum with Singapore MOE syllabus and international learning outcomes.
Produce learning materials, worksheets, storybooks, and digital content.
Conduct curriculum training and workshops for teachers.
Review and improve curriculum based on student learning feedback and assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chinese Language, Education, Applied Linguistics, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Chinese curriculum design (especially for ages 2–12 or 13–18).
Familiarity with Singapore education system and child-centered learning approaches.
Strong writing and creative material development skills.
Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred.
Job Title:Curriculum Developer – Primary English, Math & Science

Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive lesson plans and materials for Primary 1–6 subjects (English, Math, Science).
Ensure alignment with Singapore’s MOE syllabus and 21st-century competencies.
Collaborate with teaching staff to pilot and refine materials.
Integrate assessment tools and progressive learning pathways.
Support training and coaching for new teachers using developed materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, English, Mathematics, Science, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in primary curriculum development or MOE teaching.
Familiarity with Singapore’s primary curriculum structure.
Excellent written English and ability to write learner-friendly content.
Strong organization and team collaboration skills.
