Job description

Job Scope:

  • Conducting classroom observations to evaluate teaching strategies, student engagement, and lesson effectiveness.
  • Leading and refining the teacher training program to ensure new educators are well onboarded and continuously supported.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching, delivering professional development workshops, and tailoring guidance based on individual teacher needs.
  • Encourage teachers to observe live lessons to showcase effective teaching practices in action.
  • Keep abreast of current educational trends, teaching methodologies, and actively share insights with the teaching team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
  • Experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and effective English language teaching methodologies.
  • Ability to earn the trust and respect of teaching staff through professional credibility, experience, and strong leadership.

Working Location: Central

Working Hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekends)

Salary: Up to $5,500 + variable bonus
