Location: South Singapore
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Working Hours: Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Salary:
Basic: $2,500 – $3,700/month
Gross: Up to $4,300++/month (OT, bonuses, night shift allowance)
Sign-On Bonus: 1-month salary (upon confirmation)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with the Sous and Head Chef to keep service smooth and standards high.
Make sure every plate looks and tastes consistently excellent.
Lead by example, coach junior staff and help shape a strong kitchen culture.
Uphold HACCP hygiene standards
Keep track of stock, rotation, and wastage.
Maintain your tools, label food correctly, and keep things clean and sharp.
Have 5+ years of kitchen experience
Specialize in Western or Chinese cuisine
Are a team-first leader who can guide without ego.
Can handle rotating shifts and are open to night duties (with allowance).
Are cool under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
