Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a CTO (Configure-To-Order) Engineer with extensive experience in enterprise storage systems, hardware configuration, and infrastructure support. You will assemble, configure, test, and validate Hitachi Vantara solutions to meet customer requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise storage, server configuration, or data center operations.
• Strong understanding of SAN and NAS technologies and infrastructure environments.
• Experience with network switches (Cisco/Extreme) and asset tracking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure Hitachi Vantara storage systems and servers per customer requirements.
• Perform system-level testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and system-level issues across supported environments.
• Support SAN/NAS environments and integrate with network switches.
• Coordinate RMA processes including evaluation and tracking of defective components.
• Maintain lab inventory records and assist with system upgrades and deployments.
