Job summary

QCS Staffing is seeking a CSV Engineer to support a life sciences client in Singapore on a 24-month contract. You will perform extensive CSV activities and qualify PLC/SCADA systems within GMP environments.

Role requires strong experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessments, and validation documentation; collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors is essential to deliver compliant, auditable solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive CSV and validation experience in regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environments.
Proven experience qualifying PLC, SCADA, HMI, and network infrastructure.
Knowledge of GAMP 5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, GMP, and data integrity concepts.
Experience developing validation documentation with end-to-end traceability.

Responsibilities

Execute the full CSV lifecycle, including IQ/OQ/PQ, validation protocols, and final reports for PLC and SCADA systems.
Qualify PLCs, I/O systems, HMI terminals, SCADA servers, workstations, and industrial networks.
Manage deviations, change controls, and data integrity controls; collaborate with Automation, CQV, Quality, IT, Manufacturing and vendors.
Ensure compliance within GMP-regulated facilities and maintain audit trails.
