CSO - Housekeeping Supervisor

1. Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across cinema halls, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
2. Prepare monthly work schedules for cleaners.
3. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure health and safety compliance.
5. Train and guide cleaning staff on proper procedures and equipment use.
6. Manage stock and supplies such as cleaning products and toiletries.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in cleaning supervision, preferably in cinemas, hotels, or commercial cleaning.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Knowledge of health and safety standards and cleaning protocols.
4. Hands-on approach with a team-oriented attitude.

6. Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, on a 5-day workweek.
