Job description

Your Role

• Process Automation & Efficiency: Be trained to understand and automate CSM operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
• Tools & Reporting: Gain hands‑on experience using internal tools and generating operational and performance reports.
• Digitalization Project Support: Assist in CSM digitalization initiatives and process improvement projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CSMs and other stakeholders in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Internship Learning Outcomes

• CSM Role Understanding: Understand the operational role of CSM within Supply Chain Management.
• Systems & Tools Exposure: Gain exposure to CSM systems, tools, and reporting practices.
• Digitalization Skills: Develop digitalization skills through hands‑on contributions to CSM projects.
• Team Collaboration: Build the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders in a team setting.

Your Profile

• Education: On track to attain a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Business Analytics, Computing, Data Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Academic or practical exposure to Excel Macro, Tableau, Python, or other programming languages is an advantage.
• Analytical Strength: Strong analytical skills; prior experience in business and/or data analytics is preferred.
• Learning Mindset: Positive learning attitude with the ability to work well both independently and within a team.
• Preferred Intake: Jan 27 – May/June 27.
