You will also need to have strong leadership and people management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. What you do as a Mortgage Specialist Head
Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing, leading, and coaching a team of Mortgage Specialists to achieve home loan targets and other growth objectives
  • Developing and executing plans for incremental business referrals by working with real estate agencies, developers, and other business sources
  • Ensuring quality service and operational effectiveness, engaging internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to loan matters
  • Formulating, developing, executing, and achieving business plans for the sales team and organization
  • Building long-term rewarding customer and corporate relationships and providing excellent after-sales service
  • Supervising Mortgage Specialists to ensure compliance with the Bank's internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements

Who you are
  • Possess a university degree from a recognized institution with at least 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership and people management techniques
  • Focus and results-oriented, with a proven track record in property loan sales
  • Strong knowledge of the property market and in-depth understanding of relevant regulatory guidelines pertaining to mortgage loans
