Job summary

Recruit123 Pte Ltd in Singapore is partnering with a digital asset-focused organization to hire KYC/AML Analysts. You will perform end-to-end CDD/KYC reviews for retail to corporate crypto accounts, conduct EDD on complex structures, and ensure compliance with MAS PSN02 and FATF Travel Rule guidelines.

The role requires 2–4 years of AML/KYC experience, familiarity with verification tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Banking, Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline is required.
• 2–4 years of operational KYC/CDD and AML experience in crypto or financial services.
• Experience with identity verification tools and screening databases is preferred.
• Understanding of MAS AML/CFT requirements and FATF Travel Rule is advantageous.
• Certifications such as ACAMS CAMS, ICA, or ACAM Crypto AML are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end CDD and KYC reviews for various crypto accounts.
• Conduct EDD on complex ownership structures and PEPs.
• Review SoW and SoF documentation and verify crypto/fiat trails.
• Perform watchlist screening against sanctions and PEP databases.
• Detect anomalous activity and escalate as needed with audit-ready justification.
• Assist Travel Rule compliance and verify VASP risk profiles.
• Escalate suspicious activity and log STR-related flags.
• Adhere to MAS PSN02 under the Payment Services Act.
