Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a KYC Review Analyst for an international bank in Singapore. You will perform periodic reviews of corporate, FI and wealth clients, ensuring records are accurate and compliant while coordinating with relationship managers and compliance teams.

You will update client information, liaise with stakeholders to obtain documents, and support management reporting. The role requires attention to MAS KYC/AML requirements and a proactive, organised team player.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in finance, business, accountancy or law
• Experience in KYC, onboarding or client due diligence preferred
• Familiarity with MAS requirements on KYC and AML
• AML certification is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic KYC reviews for corporate, FI and wealth customers
• Update customer information for corporate clients
• Coordinate with relationship managers, KYC checkers and compliance teams
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain documents
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with policies and procedures
• Prepare and coordinate management information reports
• Review client documents, ownership structures and source of funds
• Escalate gaps and potential risk issues to relevant teams
• Maintain accurate review records for audit and regulatory purposes
• Support team leads with ad-hoc tasks and process improvements
