Job summary

Bitdeer, a Singapore-headquartered leader in Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, seeks a Junior Compliance Analyst to perform risk-based screening for customers, transactions, and corporate counterparties in line with regional laws and internal policies.

You will execute CIP/CDD, screen against OFAC/UN/EU/MAS lists, conduct due diligence on suppliers, and maintain audit-ready records while collaborating with Tech and Legal to uphold data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• 2+ years of fintech/crypto compliance experience.
• Understanding of financial crime risks and CDD/AML controls.
• Knowledge of FATF/MAS standards for KYC/KYB/UBO verification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong controls mindset.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end CIP and CDD on retail and institutional accounts.
• Process supplier/third-party verification via internal ticketing system; manage cases.
• Daily screening of customers and counterparts against global sanctions lists; PEPs and adverse media.
• Utilize blockchain forensic tools to trace crypto wallets and identify high-risk interactions.
• Collaborate with Tech and Legal to ensure workflows meet regulatory and privacy standards.
• Maintain audit-ready records of due diligence checks and screening decisions.
