About the role

Cruises & Trains:

  • To develop a comprehensive plan to grow our IJ cruise business and establish the company's preeminent position in the high-end market.
  • To negotiate with the cruises/trains to maximize commissions, marketing support, and staff training/fam trips.
  • To manage all our cruise/train products, including presentation on websites and the Travel reservation system.
  • To train all sales on cruises/trains.
  • To work with marketing to promote any cruise/train products.

Hotels, DMCs, and other suppliers

  • To constantly review & analyze our business volumes to our suppliers and make recommendations according to our business requirements & suppliers’ service quality.
  • Manage and develop select suppliers’ relationships to ensure & improve the quality of service provided to us and build a mutually meaningful relationship in terms of rates, marketing support, and training/fam trips.

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality or luxury travel management role, preferably within the cruise or rail industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals.
  • Excellent operational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex logistics and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Thorough understanding of the luxury travel market, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and drive financial performance.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests, team members, and external partners.
