Responsibilities
- Oversee operations, including bookings, confirmations, and voucher issuance.
- Liaise & Negotiate contract rates and terms: hotels, tour operators and special offers, while remaining in compliance with other relevant regulations, manage and maintain operators’ relationships along with contract administration.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing department for brochures and collateral production.
- Develop and prepare itineraries and sales kits for inquiries, including air tickets, cruises (fly-cruise and home-port), tours and insurance.
- Provide training sessions for sales staff on cruise products
- Attend meetings / seminars & familiarization trips
- Assist with travel fair assignment
Skill Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in travel industry; experience with product management, contracting and pricing.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office word & excel are required
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, Chinese is preferable
- Familiar with GDS knowledge, Sabre reservation system, and OB reservation system.
- Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, product contracting, planning and destination familiarization
