You will contribute to enterprise risk management, governance reporting, and control design while partnering with senior management to uphold Citi policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions in financial services.
• Understanding of Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to engage senior management.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of existing controls, identify improvements, and implement changes.
• Drive control enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management Framework adherence and policy compliance.
• Oversee MCA program attestation, quality oversight, and reporting.
• Support governance committees’ operations with meeting coordination and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for control gaps.
